Arsenal East is a luxury real estate development company operating in the Middle East. They transform bold architectural visions into reality, offering clients not just real estate, but inspiring spaces where luxury meets innovation.

Located in the Jumeirah Garden City area of Dubai Vibe represents a premium residential development targeting affluent millennials, creative professionals, bloggers & influencers who value visuals.

The project's advantage lies in its combination of a prestigious location with individually crafted interior design solutions that reflect the concept of light ironic luxury. It’s no longer about brilliance and vanity fair. This means a hint of creative disorder in the interiors, neon lighting and an atmosphere designed for relaxed living and social interaction.

TASK

While we consistently maintain our refined workflows, every project brings its own surprises. Here's what we faced while developing the Vibe visualizations:
