We got a new Demo UI!

Tuesday, August 30th, 2011Today the fourth major update of Oak3D framework was released!
In this update, Oak3D Engine add support to material script which enables developers & artists directly defining the rendering behavior of the pipeline.
Material script gives Oak3D engine users the most flexibility while keeping ease-of-use. You can simply type an expression to specify a dedicated rendering channel or you can also program a full GLSLES code to define the lighting algorithm. Any way, you can get the rendering effect you want in a natural way by material script.
Other than material script, Oak3D 0.4 also got a more stable Core API, bug fixes and add some experimenting features.

We have just updated modelviewer base on Oak3D 0.3.2 beta which comes with many new features & bug releases.
And we changed the way to manipulate model so you can rotate & move a model in the view with different mouse buttons.
Art Asset Utilities for 3dsMax 64bit Released!
Monday, August 15th, 2011As the useful tools to convert the traditional graphic resources to the format for Oak3D, now Animation Exporter and Model Exporter for 3DS Max start to support 64bit versions, include from 3DS Max 9 to 3DS Max 2012!
In the same time we also have updated the plugins of 32 bits after fixing some little bugs. So it’s recommanded to update to these lastest realeases.
